” It is about time that members of the House of Representatives should lead by example. Kailangang makita naman na progressive tayo and we are looking at the drug problems seriously,” ani House Deputy Majority Leader at Ilocos Norte Rep. Rodolfo Fariñas, vice chairman ng House Committee on Dangerous Drugs.

Juan Edgardo “Sonny” Angara, chairman ng House Committee on Higher Education.  “The proposal is very noble and I don’t see any malice to this. The leadership must support this.”

Vicente Belmonte, chairman ng House Committee on Drug at Reps. Farinas (Ilocos Norte); Winston Castello (Quezon City); Elipidio Barzaga Jr. (Cavite); Susan Yap (Tarlac); Carmelo Lazatin (Pampanga); Al Francis Bichara (Albay); George Arnaiz (Negros Oriental); Leopoldo Bataoil (Pangasinan); Jeci Lapus (Tarlac); Emil Ong (Northern Samar); Romero Federico Quimbo (Marikina); Raymond Palatino (Kabataan partylist); Mark Sambar (PBA partylist); David Kho (Senior Citizens partylist); Fatima Aliah Dimaporo (Lanao del Norte); Ma.
