3 dead, 2 wounded in fiesta ball violence
A VILLAGE official and two others were killed while another two were wounded as violence marred a local fiesta ball on Saturday night, February 12, in San Carlos City, Pangasinan.
Reports reaching the PNP Central Operations Center in Camp Crame identified the three shooting fatalities as Domingo Parayoan, 46, village councilman, Lucas Bautista, 30, and Narciso Abalos, 48, a former village official.
Village watchmen Cristopher Resuello and Miguello Abad were wounded in the shooting incident that took place around 8pm at the plaza of Brgy. Bugaoan in San Carlos City.
Reports said the shooting incident happened after Abalos, for still unknown reason, confronted and punched Parayaoan, who arrived at the plaza onboard a motorcyle.
Parayaon fell from his motorcyle, but pulled out a gun and fired several shots at Abalos, hitting him in the head and armpit.
Parayaoan, on the other hand, was shot by still unidentified gunmen after shooting Abalos while Bautista and the wounded victims were hit by stray bullets.
