Carjackers strike anew in Makati

ANOTHER carjacking incident hit Metro Manila when a group of armed men forcibly took a Toyota Hi-Lux from its driver early Thursday morning in Makati City, police said.

Director Nicanor Bartolome, head of the National Capital Region Police Office (NCRPO), said the latest carjacking incident took place at 5:45 a.m. along Malvar st., Bangkal District, Makati City.

Police quickly launched a dragnet and pursuit operations against the fleeing carjackers. Anthony Vargas
