Isa pang impeachment case nakaamba vs Gutierrez
“That is what I will do for the one year. I will file on Aug 11, 2011, that is, if she will not withdraw the PBA (plea bargaining agreement),” tahasang sabi ni House Assistant Majority Leader at Ilocos Norte Rep.
“All our hearings will be open to the public. Impeachment is all about public accountability of the highest government officials. We had given, are giving, and will give her every opportunity to present her side before the justice committee within the time we gave her,” ani Fariñas.
“If the Ombudsman does not submit her answer by tomorrow, a general denial will be entered on her behalf. Then on Tuesday, the committee will proceed on the determination of the sufficiency of the grounds for impeachment,” ayon sa mambabatas.
“If the committee votes that the grounds are sufficient, three days will be allotted for clarificatory hearings before the vote on probable cause,” paglilinaw pa ni Tupas. Meliza Maluntag
