“In spite of the enactment of the Magna Carta for Public School Teachers in 1966, teachers have been waiting in vain for the benefits intended to somehow ease their hardships,” ani Tinio.

“If both spouses are public school teachers, the exemption shall apply to two dependent children,” dagdag pa ni Tinio.

Inaatasan sa panukala ang Department of Education (DepEd), Commission on Higher Education (ChEd) at Technical Education and Skills Development Authority (Tesda) na gumawa ng implementing rules and regulations. Beth Aragon
