Wais at kuring!
HAHAHAHA! Saan naman kaya dadalhin ng komedyanang ito ang kanyang kadatungan at sobra ang ginagawa niyang pagtitipid to the point that she doesn’t mind driving her way to her numerous appointments as an actress and TV personality?
Imagine, sobrang nanghihinayang daw itong magpayzung sa driver kaya she doesn’t mind driving herself all the way home no matter how enervated she has become in meeting her numerous showbiz commitments.
Classic talaga ang kanyang pagkakuring dahil tinigbak na rin niya ang kanyang talent manager who was with her all the way when she was still a struggling artist who was doing menial supporting roles and was compensated very minimally.
If that’s not gluttony, we don’t know what is. Hahahahahahaha!
Arnold Reyes stars in GMA Telebabad’s ‘Daldalita’
ARNOLD Reyes is one talent I won’t easily forget.
Long before he made it as a Backroom artist, I used to see him at Master John Velasquez’ Kyusi residence way back during the early 90s when he was still a struggling talent who was deadset in penetrating show business.
Way back then, he was already showing a lot of promise as he belted out some vocally demanding songs with the ease and fluency of a real pro.
Of the truckloads of talents that Master John (he’s Regine Velasquez’ cousin in case you guys are not aware) had, it was only Arnold who made it quite big and who eventually become a veritable mainstream artist.
Suffice to say, his tenacity has paid off wonderfully well and he’s now become not only a popular singer but a songwriter as well.
Anyway, he’s now back to where he started off many years ago at GMA-7 via GMA Telebabad’s Daldalita which will air starting October 17.
In the series, Arnold plays Arthur, the best friend of Mateo, Ogie Alcasid’s character.
The story revolves around Mateo, Daldalita/Lolita’s father who loses his wife in childbirth. Jillian Ward plays Daldalita. The series is a family-oriented drama that brings inspiration and love to its viewers. The cast also includes Manilyn Reynes, Rufa Mae Quinto, Isabel Oli, Marc Abaya, Julie Ann San Jose, Elmo Magalona, Spanky Manikan, Joey Paras and Donna Cruz.
“It’s nice to be back on GMA,” says Arnold who started his career on the Kapuso Network with variety shows like GMA Supershow, Eat Bulaga, and Camera Café. He adds, “Masayang-masaya ako for the great opportunity given to me na maka-experience ng isang exciting soap like Daldalita.”
Any comment about his new role? “Wow, ibang level! I play the best friend of Ogie. Idol ko siya bilang isang magaling na komedyante. I’m excited to work with him because he is my idol as a songwriter/producer because I am also a songwriter/producer.”
Arnold is a multi-talented artist. Aside from acting, he is also into song writing. His song, Paano Na?, won Second Prize at the Metro Pop 2000 Song Writing Festival on GMA. His composition, “Kung Ako Ba Siya,” bagged the Texters’ Choice Award at the Himig Handog Love Song. Interestingly, Arnold wrote Ogie’s song “Hanggang Saan, Hanggang Kailan” which was an entry to the first Mang Levi Celerio Song Writing Festival. The song was also included in Ogie’s album. Arnold wrote Perry’s Will which was one of the songs in Regine Velasquez’s album.
Arnold is very excited in his new soap. “Kahit marami na akong drama na nagawa ay sobrang nagdarasal pa rin ako na magkaroon ng comedy shows kasi gusto ko ito.” He also says, “The only way to establish oneself is to strive hard to constantly develop one’s craft. Love your work and it will love you back.”
Daldalita, incidentally, is directed by Don Michael Perez with Denoy Navarro-Punio as head writer.

HAKHAKHAKHAK! Nakatatawa ang lambingan blues ng klosetang aktor na nagbabading-bading- an sa kanyang launching movie at ‘leading man’ niyang bruskung-brusko at daks ang dating. Hakhakhak!
In most of his scenes wherein he essayed the role of a screaming shrieking fag, na- katatawa talaga siya lalo na’t alam mo namang closet queen talaga siya.
Hahahahahaha!
Parang incomprehensible kasing magkaroon sila ng love angle when all the while, you knew that the actor’s a veritable closet queen. Hakhakhakhak!

HAHAHAHA! Bonggacious naman ever. Ma-imagine mong nagsama-sama in one big-budgeted soap ang mga young actresses na pinagtrip-an ni Marianita Lukresya? Hahahahaha!
Funny but true! Opening salvo ng GMA7 ang soap tentatively The Legacy wherein three classy young ladies would be starring in it.
Hahahahaha!
As the title suggests, it’s kind of mysterious and dramatic so better watch for the mesmerizingly beautiful Sam Pinto, classy Bela Padilla and the enchantingly lovely Heart Evangelista as they breath life to the roles they were born to play.
Hahahahahaha!
Eat your heart out, Lola Marianita.
SINCE she won’t be able to celebrate her birthday in our country this year for she plans to take that much-needed vacation in the US of A with her immediate family members, Queenstar Vilma Santos plans to tender an intimate party for some people closest to her heart the moment she’s back from her US sojourn.
Iba talaga ang Queenstar for all seasons, she knows how to please some people who have always been most loyal to her in the many years that she’s been in the business.
I strongly believe that it’s going to be a better place to gravitate into.
Kaya ‘yung mga intrigero riyan, put a stop to your idiocy and leave the Queen alone.

Adios. Mabalos. I always need you, Nong!
