Bagong ambassador to China itatalaga ni PNoy
“I’ve been considering it and I expect a resolution soon on that matter, perhaps earlier than previously planned. “Yes, that’s a possibility, a distinct possibility,” ani Pangulong Aquino.

“Can I finish my considerations before I appoint somebody?” anito sabay sabing “Primarily, baka, we have to listen also to the wisdom of the commission on
appointments, no? Specifically, one member na yon, are there grounds for it? Has the situation changed, that changes also the parameters of the ambassador we need in China? Yung – he was appointed a year ago, and the considerations were different. Yung ngayon, you have the Scarborough Shoal incident, and there are other issues, does he possess the necessary skills, no, to be able to help us navigate this treacherous water at this point in time?,” ang pahayag ng Punong Ehekutibo.
