Ang Labor Day Jobs and Livelihood Fair ay inorganisa ng DOLE-National Capital Region, Bureau of Local Employment, Philippine Overseas Employment Administration, Overseas Workers Welfare Administration, at Bureau of Workers with Special Concerns, sa tulong na rin ng National Conciliation and Mediation Board, Employees Compensation Commission, Occupational Safety and Health Center, Bureau of Labor Relations, National Labor Relations Commission, Technical Education and Skills Development Authority, Maritime Training Council, at  Administrative Service, Legal Service, at Labor Communications Office ng DOLE.

“The period for the registration of employers who will participate in the event will be from 10-25 April. We will also hold an employers’ forum on the last day of registration,” pahayag pa ni Baldoz.
