Napapahamak dahil sa anak
In the many years that she’s been in this business, we have yet to hear that she was involved in any kind of squabble because she is a woman of dignity.
But lately, she seems to have cheapened herself by involving in some imbroglio wherein her daughter happens to be accused of so many eyebrow-raising things.
Naturally, the mother in her would react.
‘Yung mga ginagawa mong pagpapa-sexy ay ‘di talaga kagandahan kung tutuusin but your mom is trying her best to understand you.
Your involvement with men are being too racy and uncomfortable but your mom is trying her best to be a mother to you the best way she can. The only difference, I guess, with you and your mom when she was your age was the fact that she was more discreet with her emotional involvements and was more concerned with the feelings of her parents, her dad in particular, unlike you who’s so self-centered, you don’t care about other people’s feelings.
Also, before you decide to wear those revealing outfits on teevee, be sure that you have the svelte body for it.
Nagtawanan talaga ang mga otaw when you did that risque pole dancing a month or two ago with another actress who’s a lot slimmer and more fit than you do.
Para hindi napaaaway ang mama mo, be sure to maintain a low profile and have a thorough introspection first before you plunge into something incriminating and abhorrent.
Mark McMahon sizzling hot!
He used to receive some offers to star in some Pinoy flicks but he chose to polish his tongue first before he ventures into the movies.
In the meantime, he’s into football and is definitely one of the much sought-after Azkal personalities with his youth and unmatched succulence. Hahahahahaha!
As always, bawal magtikol! Hahahahahahah!
Barangay Bel-Air celebrates Pasinaya
RESIDENTS of Barangay Bel-Air in Makati recently celebrated the Pasinaya, a three-day affair made up of va- rious activities like trade fair, a ‘Gabi ng Kasambahay’, activities for the children and a grand dance showcase. The theme of this year’s event was Number one in fun!
Travel Time producer and host Susan Calo-Medina was the creative director of the event together with renowned stage director and writer Floy Quintos. Tita Susan who is a long-time Bel-Air resident says, “We wanted to be in sync [with the government’s tourism campaign]. So we took the slogan and turned it around. This year, we proclaim that Bel-Air is number one in fun!”
The Pasinaya started when Tita Nene Lichauco, Barangay Bel-Air’s gracious kapitana, came up with the idea in 1993. She first moved to the village in the early 70s, and even then, it was apparent to her that the residents of Bel-Air —which includes Bel-Air Village, Salcedo Village, the Ayala Triangle and the Malugay area (up to Ayala Avenue ) — had a strong sense of community.
Tita Nene explains, “We wanted to have an activity that would be our way of returning the blessings that the community has received. It started as a community day when I was still with the [Bel-Air Village] association. The Pasinaya is a fiesta, but more than that, it’s a thanksgiving for all the graces and benefits we have received from the Lord and which have been given to our community. But it was very simple then.”
The dance showcase called Velada culminated the three-day event with over a hundred residents of all ages participated in the specially-choreographed numbers. The residents began preparing for the Pasinaya as early as January, and by February, they were already rehearsing for the special numbers to be staged during the dance showcase.
It was a grand production that incorporated music and dances. Some of the dance numbers were Souvenirs, No More Tears (Enough is Enough), California Girls, Firework, Born This Way, Express Yourself, I Will Survive, Moves Like Jagger, Awitin Mo Isasayaw Ko, Sumayaw Sumunod, Rock Baby Rock, and I Am What I Am (Broadway and Gloria Gaynor Versions).
“The Pasinaya has also to grow. We wanted the young people to come and join us. So we began to make the shows a bit more modern and contemporary. While the senior members got their Filipiniana and ballroom numbers, the younger ones got their hip-hop, their jazz, their interpretative numbers,” says Tita Nene.
Other activities lined up this year included a cheerdance competition for the youth, a “pa-Bingo,” free kalesa rides, a children’s treat billed “Mas Masaya Maging Bata sa Bel-Air” and performances by groups like The Company, Bituin Escalante, and Jericho Rosales.
Disappointed dahil wala ng career!
Well, the guy’s ostensibly disappointed with the lackluster reception to his indie movie where he showed his ‘wares’ with full unadulterated bravura for all the people to see. Hahahahaha!
Hahahahaha!) to the point that nothing was practically left to the imagination of the nota-oriented vaklush. Hahahahaha!
Kaya lang, parang wanting of freshness na siya at halatang llebo tres na when he did the indie flick.
Obvious na he dieted when it was shot but his machismo truly paled in comparison with the reigning hunks of this genre who are younger and more appetizing to look at. (Appetizing to look at daw, o! Hakhakhak!) Kaya ang ending, it was lacklusterly received much to the enormous disenchantment of the well-endowed hunk.
How abysmally sad!
Enrile hits airline over flight delays, missing luggage
WITH growing public disappointment over delayed flights and missing luggage, Cagayan Rep. Jack Enrile reminded airlines of their duty to take care of their passengers by ensuring both their safety and convenience pre and post-flights.
Enrile said the government’s push to improve the country’s tourism numbers will be for naught if passengers will be inconvenienced by local airlines which offer flights to most of the country’s tourist attractions.
The lawmaker noted that the high-profile clash between a movie couple and a newspaper columnist – which was triggered by a complaint over a missing luggage – merely amplified one of the problems commonly faced by air- line passengers.
“We are concerned about the growing number of complaints on how our local airlines are conducting their operations. We are reminding airlines that as service companies, they are bound to uphold certain standards in the delivery of their services, lest they face sanctions,” Enrile said.
“We keep on hearing complaints about cancelled flights on very short notice or delayed flights of up to four hours. And yet we are telling the world that ‘It’s more fun in the Philippines’ and some of these airlines are talking about expansion.”
The lawmaker said it would do well for local airline companies to study and, wherever possible, adopt customer-service practices in other advanced countries such as the US.
“In the US, if your flight is delayed for 30 minutes, passengers are promptly informed about the delay and its causes. If your flight is delayed for an hour, there’s provision for food. If your flight is delayed for up to four hours, there’s already a provision for a hotel room for the passengers,” Enrile said.
“In the Philippines, what do we do? We leave many of our passengers fending off for themselves to find out why their flights are delayed or being cancelled, or to check where they could find their missing luggage – only to be informed that these were offloaded without notice to the passengers.”
Enrile further added that the Department of Transportation and Communications (DOTC), and Department of Trade and Industry (DTI) should consider imposing higher standards on airlines to ensure that consumers are sufficiently protected from inconveniences ranging from falsely advertised airfares, to delayed or cancelled flights and missing luggage.
“Government agencies in charge of these airlines should closely monitor whether local airlines are meeting the requirements not only in terms of product delivery, but also in terms of product advertisement… The government should do more to take care of the consuming public – especially local and foreign tourists that provide much-needed revenues for our country,” Enrile said.
Ate Vi excited sa ‘The Healing’
Hindi pa man, the Vilmanians all over the country are already eager to see the movie in its entirety and watch the legendary acting prowess of their unfading Queen.
Kung si Ate Guy ay biglang nag-fly sa Tate at iniwan ang kanyang mga tagahanga na nag-prepare pa mandin sa kanyang birthday, si Ate Vi naman ay may advance celebration siguro if and when she decides to celebrate her birthday abroad.
Kundi man, may munting salu-salo pa rin ito para sa mga taong malalapit sa kanya the moment she’s back.
That is, if she plans to have her birthday celebrated abroad.
‘Yan siguro ang pagkakaiba nina Ate Guy at Ate Vi. Both of them may be celebrated actresses with considerable following but their attitude towards their fans varies inordinately.
“That’s not really true and I never left the country,” she asseverates. “Nagulat na lang ako sa chismis na nag-meet daw kami ni Derek last holy week sa Australia.
“I never left the country,” she emphatically states. “I was here all along!”
Well, manood na lang kayo ng Boy Pick-up, maaaliw pa kayo. Hahahahahahaha!
Vaklushing male singer, sa halip mag-diet sa make-up nagko-concentrate (Hahahaha!)
KATAWA naman ang drama ng biriterong male singer na ‘to na hindi na talaga maiwasan ang paglobo ng katawan kaya ang kanyang waking moments ay naka-focus on how to make his kind of bloated face appear somewhat tapering and not so bloated the way it looks in person. Hahahahahahaha!
Kahit daw mga mahuhusay na hair and make-up man sa US of A ay matatalbugan ng vaklung sa husay nitong mag-contour sa kanyang tabachingching na mukha.
Well, why don’t you learn how to curve your huge appetite so that you won’t have to resort to this make-up tricks to make your face kind of slimmer and not the bloated pig variety. Hahahahahaha!
Lumiit man ang mukha mo kung heavy naman ang katawan mo, it defeats the purpose, hija.
Hija raw talaga, o! Hahahahahaha!
