“We are going to meet with them. We are more than glad to meet with them,” ayon kay  Sec. Lacierda.

“Six years where you have the distribution of land much lower than year 2011. So it is incorrect for Bishop Pabillo to say that this administration has recorded the lowest CARP accomplishment,” ayon kay Sec. Lacierda.

“Under the Carper, there are phases of land distribution. For 2012, funding was provided not only for the target 240,247 hectares for land acquisition and distribution but also a 110,000 hectares pipeline for 2013. This is the first time the agrarian reform program provided a budget for pipeline. Dun naman sa sinasabing budgetary support, there are P2 billion representing the allocations for 2011 and 2012 available for DAR program called ARCCESS which stands for Agrarian Refom Community Connectivity and Economics Support Services. This will provide agricultural assets and these agri assets are tractors, threshers and other farm equipment as well as access to expert knowledge in agriculture and business development to enable them to improve (unclear) in partnership with the private sector,” diin ni Lacierda.
