“It’s not a wake up call; it’s not… Mali naman po ang… We disagree with the statement issued by Congressman JV Ejercito. We’ve been doing those things. Survey is just a snapshot. We are performing what we are required to do. The President has expended a lot of money towards infrastructure buildings, social alleviation program. There’s KALAHI-CIDS, there’s CCT, there’s the Universal Healthcare coverage. There’s… PPP is going to be rolled out. That’s why I disagree with the statement that it’s a wake call. We are doing what we’re required to do and doing it even further. Anti-corruption has a relation to the economy because kung ano ang ating… What we save in our anti-corruption efforts, itong pera pong ito, for instance, last year po ang DPWH naka-save po tayo ng 6 billion sa—in our fight against corruption. That money we’re able to use and place it in our social alleviation programs.
