Veteran actor, namutla sa kasasayaw sa tipar ni Senator Bong dahil wrangler na!
JUST like Christmas, election fever is definitely in the air and in Vice Mayor Isko and Cesar Montano’s case, especially in the issue of experience in local governance, it is always a political football. Meaning, the issue is always controversial.
Vice Mayor Isko said a mouthful of perceptive account about his statement, of late, about Cesar’s education which was certainly taken out of context.
To be clear, ito ang sinabi ni VM Isko.
“The local government of Manila is offering a scholarship grant to all true-blooded Manileno. They can study Public Administration course or any other interest that they may have as long as they can provide a certification of residency in Manila.
“And as a local official, it is my duty to offer this kind of service to my constituents and if Cesar is a true-blooded Manileno as they are pronouncing, I am extending my helping hand to give him this kind of privilege,” zealously emphasized VM Isko.
Sana naman, e, ‘wag nang magbalat-sibuyas si Cesar dahil wala namang masamang sinabi si Isko sa kanyang statement but reading between the lines, it only means that he has to enhance his political knowledge so he can effectively serve the people in Manila but as of press time, reportedly, hindi raw siya tatakbo in any kind of position this coming election. Good, good.
Now it’s Lou Veloso versus Isko in Manila’s vice mayoralty race. Napatawa na lang si Isko!
THIS veteran actor reached a ripe old age and it was not surprising when we saw him in the loo of Diamond ho- tel in a pathetic situation. He was running after his breath real fast that we were forced to ask him if he was okay.
In the princely birthday celebration of Senator Bong Revilla in the posh function room of the said hotel where foods and drinks were overflowing, wala palang ginawa ang beteranong actor kundi ang humataw ng sayaw sa dance floor almost non-stop kaya nang hindi na niya nakayanan, he went to the rest room to check himself up.
Naku, alam ng beteranong aktor na damatan na siya kaya he should learn to slow it down para humaba pa ang kanyang buhay. Isa pa naman siya sa mga close friends ni Senator Bong, getz?
Anyway, all the showbiz royalties were present sa birthday party ni Senator Bong which only shows na well- loved talaga sa industriya ang hindi tumatandang actor/politician.
Also, we would like to take note the conspicuous beauty of Congresswoman Lani Mercado na kahit ngarag na nga- rag sa pagod, e, sobrang ganda pa rin that she will give any husband-snatcher a run for their money, I swear!
RAYMOND Manuel is a newbie in the business but he passed his baptism of fire in series of witty questionings from veteran entertainment anchors, Jobert Sucaldito and Papa Ahwel Paz, with flying colors.
If one is not articulate enough and a street smart, surely, he will fail all the intriguing queries coming from equally intelligent showbiz reporters but Papa Jobs was all praises for Raymond especially when he gave an impromptu sample of his singing prowess, Broadway style, minus the amplified musical background.
Partida pa ‘yan. Hehehe!
We want to emphasize that he is also a multi-talented artist because he is not only a singer but he also knows how to play musical intruments especially percussions!
Yes, he is a new blood, having been in the business of entertainment for three months with a regular show in GMA7, Walang Tulugan Master Showman, an upcoming concert in Music Box, Timog on October 18 entitled First Time and a movie with Bong Revilla, Vic Sotto and Judy Ann Santos, an MMFF entry, that’s already a big wow!
He is currently enrolled in an acting workshop in ABS-CBN to further increase his skills in acting and thro- wing out dialogues.
Raymond is crossing his fingers to have lady luck on his side and eventually land on a regular challenging role in a teleserye. Isa kasi ‘yon sa kanyang mga pangarap and surely, a talented young man like him will soon be noticed.
