Police nabs 2 teeners for breaking inside a mall in Las Pinas City

TWO teenage boys were apprehended over the weekend by the authorities for breaking-in and burglarizing a mall shop in Las Pinas City, police reports said Sunday.

Reports by the National Capital Regional Police Office (Ncrpo) said that the break-in took place late Friday night at the Starmall Shopping Center in Pamplona, Las Pinas City.

The two boys, named only as Christian, 15 and Gerald, 16, entered the mall and hid themselves in one of the stalls and waited for the mall’s closing time, the reports said.

The reports said that a mall security sought for assistance in a nearby police station and searched for the two teenagers.

When found, authorities recovered from the boys’ possession one white ballcap marked “YMCMB” and P150 cash, which the two admitted of taking it from one of the stalls, the reports said.

The reports said that the teenagers were brought for medical examination and documentation at the Women’s and Children Police Desk before turning over to the DSWD for proper disposition.
