The Aquino government has reduced into half the original amount which we used to receive as Productivity Enhancement Incentive every Christmas season.
This has caused widespread protests among our public school teachers and personnel in the education department, the group said.
Teachers from the different municipalities of the National Capital Region will gather at Morayta (in front of Far Eastern University) at 8:00 a.m. on this day. They will then march holding black lanterns towards Mendiola.
