“We already have made preparations. We’ve prepared updates already and that’s something that we do regularly naman kasi siyempre ang gusto ni SOJ we’re on top of the review, the drug war,” sabi ni Clavano.

“We’ve taken steps already in filing cases, doing an investigation. We’ll have to wait until September 8. If the documents are ready, we’ll give it not of compliance but as matter of comity and international cooperation,” dagdag niya.

“As a matter of fact, ‘yung mga conversations between sa Secretary of Justice and ‘yung mga foreign dignitaries natin, napakaganda. And we obviously made it clear, in-emphasize po namin na we’re willing to cooperate naman with them,” sabi niya.

“Because we’re no longer part of the ICC, we’re under no obligation to submit these things because they asked for them. Sa amin lang naman, we have a working justice system here in the Philippines and it is clear doon sa pag visit ni US Senator Markey kay former Senator [Leila] De Lima,” dagdag ni Clavano.
