MALABON Rep. Jaye Lacson-Noel and husband, An-Waray Party-list Rep. Bem Noel, had taken their oaths along with son, Councilor Nino Lacson-Noel, a first-timer who topped the race for council seats in the city’s First District in May 9 polls.

The mother and son took their oath before outgoing Mayor Lenlen Oreta before serving as witnesses along with other family members when Rep. Noel took his before Supreme Court Associate Justice Jose Midas Marquez.

She’s vowed to work closely with Mayor-elect Jeannie Sandoval ‘in the interest of the residents and the city as a whole,’ as she reiterated her gratitude to the local electorate during the last elections. “I pledge to continue with my tested and honest public service to the Malabon people and our beloved city.”

She’s been credited by most residents for various infrastructure projects she had implemented including the 8.6kilometer megadike, which made perennial flooding especially in Brgy. Dampalit ‘a thing of the past’ and also frequented by promenades, as joggers and bikers.

Rep. Noel has also promised to continue providing assistance and support to the city aside from its programs designed to benefit most people nationwide. “Congratulations, Dad! I know that you’ll continue to serve our country with your big heart. Please know that I’m always here to support you no matter what,” she said to her husband.

She’s extra-happy that she’ll have her own son as partner in serving the city folk. “It’s really a good thing and I know that he’ll continue to be a great, honest, and driven leader that will give his utmost service to the Malabon people.”

SJDM in good hands with Robeses

Lucky are the people of San Jose del Monte, Bulacan including my family and relatives in Palmera Homes and in Barangay Muzon because they have the husband-and-wife tandem – Mayor Art Robes and Rep. Rida Robes – who’ve been the blessings for them as they’re the exemplary of genuine public service and love for their city folks.

There’s no stopping for SJDM on its way to continued progress and development owing to the number of infrastructure and pro-people, pro-poor programs they’re implementing.

They also make sure that their constituents are not left behind as more livelihood projects are being carried out to help uplift their quality of living. May your tribe Mayor Art and Cong Rida multiply!
