“Thank you for asking for my remarks Sir Rex. Today, I am confounded by mixed feelings and those feelings are joy, pleasure, love and hope because it is possible to bring people together of different cultures, and different creeds, and different nationalities that we can all come together and be at one, be at peace and it is also important for all of us moving forward that we have those mixed feelings those specific mixed feelings towards each other by eradicating you know our stereotyping and stigmatizing behavior. We’re not just citizens of our countries, we are citizens of the world, only one world and it is our duty to protect our world by protecting each other, it is our duty to protect each other by doing that we also protect our world it goes both ways.”

Idinagdag pa niya, “The last mixed feelings that I had is sadness because the events are almost over, but I’m sure the laureates will be carrying the beautiful memories as they go back to their countries and they bring the duty to be a public intellectual by sharing and caring for the world and educating the world about the virtues of peace and how they can affect their own changed of peace and their own lives. Thank you so much Sir Rex, I hope to see you soon again, and I’ll see Tito Vergel in a few weeks. Thank you.”
