“Number 1, a lot of people use their cell phones for social media so even if they don’t put their real names on Facebook or Instagram, if they use a particular SIM and the majority of our countrymen don’t use their email in social media, they use their phones we can still track them down. Number 2 there is also a law, a bill that is being filed on the conduct for social media in short reiterating laws on libel which is anyway existent, it’s just including social media conduct,” pahayag ni Poe.

“About the problem with social media and the proliferation of fake news and these things. I’m frankly worried about what’s happening in the United States, how it is affecting the Democratic processes. As a priest, I’m shocked with people can’t tell between facts and falsehood. And as a priest I always tell them about the truth, I’m just worried po,” sabi ni Father Francisco Cruz, Pilipinong pari sa Westminster Archdiocese na dumalo sa pulong.

“Alam mo yung nurses talagang yun ang number one export natin sa ibang bansa because you symbolize compassion, intelligence, and health which are something that we can really brag about. We can talk about our nurses endlessly and every time we meet foreign dignitaries, even members of the parliament, they always express gratitude for our healthcare workers,” sabi ni Poe.

“I never met her before because of the familiar associations and with us being familiar with kung ano ang nangyayari sa Pilipinas, parang nakilala na rin natin siya. She also made us feel really welcome and updated us with kung ano man ang nangyayari sa Pilipinas,” sabi ni Dennis Singson, Philippine Nurses Association UK.

“Na-address naman niya ang challenges na nangyayari sa UK at nangyayari sa mga OFW aside from nurses, healthcare workers and other profession so we are enlightened with her answers naman and we are thankful for her visiting here in UK,” sabi ni Alyssa Fernandez. Ernie Reyes
