“Yes, Majoy has received an offer to play in Taiwan for Top Speed. However, the conference she was invited to was postponed due to rising COVID-19 cases in Taiwan. The tournament has yet to be rescheduled,” ani Salvador sa isang television interview.

“We accepted the offer after getting the nod of F2 Logistics and PNVF, however, just when we were about to begin the processing of her papers, the country went into lockdown,” ani Salvador.

“Once the tournament is rescheduled and we do get another offer, we will have to look at her commitments with the National Team first and her current club team before making a decision,” ani Salvador na may hawak din kina Aby Maraño, Kim Dy at Kim Fajardo.

“It was sad that it didn’t push through, but Top Speed was so sweet to send Majoy a token gift which she posted the other day.”

Bukod kay Baron, ilang pang Filipino cagers kagaya nina Thirdy Ravena, brothers Juan at Javi Gomez de Liaño at volleyball aces Jaja Santiago, Bryan Bagunas at Marck Espejo ang gumagawa ng pangalan sa Japan. JC
