“The Philippine National Police is making early mobilization and preparation ahead of the traditional All Saints’ Day holiday that will be observed this year with a long weekend leading to November 1st. The entire PNP will go on full-alert status to ensure the availability of police personnel and resources for public safety and security operations for this forthcoming four-day holiday,” pahayag ni Azurin.

“The general guidance by the National Headquarters is for all police regional offices and units to maintain presence and vigilance in securing the motorists and commuters who are expected to travel to the provinces to be with their loved ones,” dagdag niya.

“Our PCG Districts conduct 24/7 operations to monitor nautical highways routes, especially in the Visayas where the majority of tourist destinations are situated,” pahayag ng PCG.

“I have instructed concerned units to ensure maritime security and safety in our western and eastern seaboards and inter-island routes. Our deployable response groups (DRGs) and PCG Auxiliary volunteers are also augmenting these operations,” dagdag pa ng ahensya. RNT/JGC
