JOYCE Ann Corpuz, a Covid-19 vaccine ‘survivor,’ has pleaded to Quezon City-Regional Trial Court Branch 222 Judge Maria Cherell de Castro-Sansaet to stop the vaccination for minors specifically on ages 5- to 11-years-old while it’s not yet late and for the sake of their future.

Atty. Julius Ceasar Balbuena of the Public Attorney’s Office presented Corpuz’s judicial affidavit before the judge who asked the lawyers from the Office of the Solicitor General which serves as counsel for key respondents – ex-Health secretary Francisco Duque 3rd, acting Department of Health  Secretary Maria Rosario Vergeire and its Public Health Services Team – to undertake cross examination on Corpuz, but they opted not to question her.

However, before ordering Corpuz to leave the witness stand, the judge asked her about her current health condition and what had happened to her had not affected her studies, among others.

Corpuz wants the court to stop the mass vaccination being spearheaded by the DoH for children especially on ages 5- to 11-years-old as she didn’t want other younger children to experience what happened to her.

Moreover, she said she has an 8-year-old sister , whom their family wants to protect against Covid-19 vaccination.

“Please save them, please stop the mass vaccination for minors, please don’t let this experimental Covid-19 vaccine ruin their future, my sister’s future,” Corpuz pleaded.

Her father, Joel Corpuz, one of the petitioners, told the court that his daughter suffered acute encephalopathy secondary to post vaccine, viral, metabolic and sleep deprivation as well as hallucination for nearly two months due to the serious adverse effects of the vaccine that started several hours after she was inoculated with Pfizer vaccine on February 7, 2022

The judge ordered another ‘survivor’, a 15-year-old male student from Bulan, Sorsogon, to take the witness stand in the next scheduled hearing on December 13, 2022  as well as Dr. Erwin Erfe, PAO Forensics Division director, who is expected to be cross-examined by OSG lawyers.

At the witness stand, Erfe said the DoH has allegedly been deceiving the public as it continues to hide the true facts especially on the serious adverse effects of Covid-19 vaccines particularly for minors.

Aside from Corpuz’s father, other petitioners were Dominic Almelor, a former ABS-CBN reporter; and Girlie Samonte of Tondo, Manila who all had testified before the trial court judge and described the Covid-19 vaccination as unconstitutional and obsolete, according to PAO chief Persida Rueda-Acosta who serves as their principal counsel
